Delivery

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders from Star Sunglasses, either in our shops or online. It's also free for orders of any value if you opt to collect from one of our shops. This is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers, or premium delivery services. Please note that order placed after 10.30am are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, where this is the case goods will be dispatched the following working day. Star Sunglasses will endeavour to dispatch your goods within the advertised period, failing this, seven (7) and twenty-eight (28) days of the Order Date. For further information on stock levels and availability, please refer to order information and follow dispatch dates.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is charged at £5.45 on all UK orders from Star Sunglasses, either in our shops or online and is guaranteed to be delivered before 1.00pm the following working day. An order of any value, when collected from one of our shops, is Free. This is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers. Please note that order placed after 10.30am are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, where this is the case goods will be dispatched the following working day. Star Sunglasses will endeavour to dispatch your goods within the advertised period, failing this, seven (7) and twenty-eight (28) days of the Order Date. International Delivery

International Delivery is charged at £6.50 on all International orders from Star Sunglasses, Royal Mail aim to deliver goods within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world. This is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers. Please note that order placed after 10.30am are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, where this is the case goods will be dispatched the following working day. Star Sunglasses will endeavour to dispatch your goods within the advertised period, failing this, seven (7) and twenty-eight (28) days of the Order Date. Delivery Charges and Options

Standard Delivery
FREE UK Standard Delivery is made using Recorded Signed For™ from Royal Mail as this service gives you complete peace of mind with proof of posting, signature required upon delivery, up to £41 compensation and an electronic copy of the signature available online. Most items are received the following working day.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery is made using Royal Mail's Special Delivery™ Next Day and is charged at £5.45. This service guarantees delivery before 1.00pm, covers 99% of the UK, includes online tracking, electronic proof of delivery and up to £500 compensation.

The guarantee does not apply if the Royal Mail were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item, the delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery and where a redirection services is in place. Where a Royal Mail redirection service is in place, the item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply

International Delivery
International Delivery is made using International Signed For™ and is charged at £6.50, Royal Mail aim to deliver goods within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world. This service requires a signature on delivery, available to all worldwide destinations with the standard compensation covering the value up to 100 times the price of the 1st class or content value, whichever is lower and track trace provides up to date visibility until the item leaves the UK (airmail only).

Multiple Items

Multiple items are FREE on all orders from Star Sunglasses; the first item is chargeable at the chosen rate (namely Express Delivery at £5.45 and International Delivery at £6.50) with multiples on the same order being dispatched FREE.
