Star Sunglasses offers name brand sunglasses at affordable prices and all sunglasses purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and all the authenticity papers from the manufacturer or the official distributor. WE UPHOLD THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, buy with confidence.

Q. I am looking for a brand or product that is not shown on your website. Do you carry it?

We carry the most famous designer names and we usually have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection or of a brand not listed, ask us. We carry an extensive range of brands, browse the complete list, email or call us for a specific query.

Q. How do I know if the goods advertised are in stock?

All the sunglasses advertised on Starsunglasses.co.uk. as being in stock are located in our warehouse and are ready for immediate shipment. On the very rare occasion that sunglasses are on backorder or temporarily out of stock, your purchase will trigger a direct order with our UK suppliers which will take a maximum of 9 days. If after this time the goods are not ready for dispatch we will exchange or refund you without question.

Q. Which payment method can I use at Star Sunglasses and do I really need to pay online?

You can pay for your Star Sunglasses order using PayPal, credit or debit card online using our secure system or over the telephone with one of our customer service members. We only ship to confirmed addresses (no PO Boxes please) for an increased security against fraud.

Q. How are Star Sunglasses orders packaged?

Sunglasses are a delicate article so we put great effort to package them securely for their journey. Every article comes with its original case, usually a hard case, sometimes a soft bag, and occasionally other gifts are included in the shipment. We ship using strong, ridged boxes that are securely fastened and clearly labelled.

No, we clearly state in the model description when a pair is polarized.
