Star Sunglasses constantly endeavour to bring our customers the very best designer sunglasses brands and customer service. Star Sunglasses are authorised retailers who, through written contract, are entitled to supply, stock and sell designer branded sunglasses through our high street retail shop and online website. Star Sunglasses only sell genuine designer branded sunglasses which protect our customers from fakes and counterfeit, we guarantee that all our products are 100% genuine, new and protected under a manufacturers warranty. ONLY AUTHORISED dealers can uphold a manufacturers warranty and Star Sunglasses are authorised dealers.
Q. What if I buy from a website that is not an authorised dealer?
A. Firstly, there is no guarantee the product you are purchasing is 100% authentic when you buy from an unauthorised dealer, you only have the word of the supplier that the goods you are buying are genuine. Secondly, the product will NOT carry a manufacturer’s warranty, in the event that your product requires a repair or replacement the manufacturer will request a receipt before work can progress, if your receipt is from an unauthorised dealer your goods will most likely be refused repair and a charge will apply.

We sell product that is owned by Star Sunglasses and in the Star Sunglasses warehouse, this means we can guarantee our delivery times and we do not have to rely upon 3rd party companies to supply and dispatch product on our behalf to fulfil orders. Star Sunglasses take our customer security VERY seriously; we use industry leading payment service providers to ensure the very best service possible whilst ensuring a simple, uncomplicated system prevails for our clients. We accept all major debit and credit cards, market leading services such as Paypal and secure web server systems to protect your personal information.
Payment
You have 2 options for sending payment on our site; the default payment process is using PayPal credit and Debit card processing service which accepts all major debit and credit cards, NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED. This is a secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement, with up-to-the-minute security features from Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for internet transactions.
We also accept Paypal secure payment gateway (www.paypal.com) for ease of use if you already use Paypal. If you do not already use paypal you will need to sign up to an account (a simple process) and then you can send us payment with your credit/debit card as normal with the added security of being a PayPal account holder.
We cannot accept direct Card Payments currently as we prefer to let the payment gateways handle this to keep it more secure and also cost effective for us so we can keep prices low.
Last of all we can accept bank transfer or cheque. You will need to email us for details and we will have to wait for bank transfers to be confirmed and any cheque to clear before dispatch of goods.

UK SHIPPING
ALL orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service because of their insured, traceable service. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, please). Please note as a rule, successful purchases will be processed within 48 hours but we try to process orders the following business day where possible. Orders placed before 11AM can 99% of the time be dispatched the same day, after this we cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched the same day.
We offer guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) and we ask for a signature to confirm receipt and you can even check online confirmation of delivery. Most importantly, you also get up to £500 maximum compensation for the shipment of your goods if lost through Royal Mail Special Delivery.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
The current cost we charge for shipping by International Signed for is £8.00
International Orders are shipped using Royal Mails Overseas service; this is traceable and enables our clients to see that the package has been passed from the UK to their respective country for delivery. When request, we supply a traceable number that is used on the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) this service is NOT a tracking service, it will not give a step-by-step location, however it will give details of when the package was dispatched and if it has been passed to the overseas country for delivery. The service is insured and a signature required upon delivery for proof of receipt.

100% YES. All of the sunglasses for sale at Star Sunglasses are authentic; we never deal with fakes, imitations, counterfeit, non-original or used designer sunglasses. Star Sunglasses offers name brand sunglasses at affordable prices and all sunglasses purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and all the authenticity papers from the manufacturer or the official distributor. WE UPHOLD THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, buy with confidence.
Q. I am looking for a brand or product that is not shown on your website. Do you carry it?
We carry the most famous designer names and we usually have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection or of a brand not listed, ask us. We carry an extensive range of brands, browse the complete list, email or call us for a specific query.

Q. How do I know if the goods advertised are in stock?
All the sunglasses advertised on Starsunglasses.co.uk. as being in stock are located in our warehouse and are ready for immediate shipment. On the very rare occasion that sunglasses are on backorder or temporarily out of stock, your purchase will trigger a direct order with our UK suppliers which will take a maximum of 9 days. If after this time the goods are not ready for dispatch we will exchange or refund you without question.
Q. Which payment method can I use at Star Sunglasses and do I really need to pay online?
You can pay for your Star Sunglasses order using PayPal, credit or debit card online using our secure system or over the telephone with one of our customer service members. We only ship to confirmed addresses (no PO Boxes please) for an increased security against fraud.

We offer Free Shipping for all UK customers; however there will be a £8.00 shipping fee for International orders.

Q. How are Star Sunglasses orders packaged?
Sunglasses are a delicate article so we put great effort to package them securely for their journey. Every article comes with its original case, usually a hard case, sometimes a soft bag, and occasionally other gifts are included in the shipment. We ship using strong, ridged boxes that are securely fastened and clearly labelled.
Q. Can you provide prescription lenses for the frames sold on your website?

No, we clearly state in the model description when a pair is polarized.
